In-Kind Donations

Sarah's Circle truly appreciates in-kind donations such as toiletries, books, and snacks that are critical to what we can offer women on a daily basis. Many in-kind donations received are used quickly and need to be replenished often. Also, certain times of year create a higher demand for items such as deodorant in summer or new gloves and cough medicine in winter.

Because of limited storage space we only accept clothing in good condition and that is appropriate for the current season. Donated clothing should be clean and folded when delivered. Larger clothing sizes (XL, XXL, 3XL) are especially needed.

If you or a group you're involved with would like to organize a donation drive on our behalf, it is important to let us know your plans ahead of time before collecting your items. This way, we can effectively coordinate the donations being collected.

If you would like to support Sarah's Circle by making an in-kind donation, items can be dropped off Monday - Friday between 9:30am and 5:00pm, except holidays, at our 4838 N. Sheridan Rd (Daytime Support Center) location. If you are providing a larger amount of donations (20 pounds or more), please call first to schedule a drop-off. If you need assistance carrying donations, please call when you arrive and we will send someone to assist. If you have questions about in-kind donations, please call (773) 728-1014, ext 314. Thank you!
