Sarah’s Circle is a non-profit agency with a mission of serving women who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Located in Chicago’s Uptown community, Sarah’s Circle has provided support for thousands of women over the course of its 30 year history.

Today, Sarah’s Circle offers several services – comprehensive physical services, permanent supportive housing, a network of resources, and a community – to over 600 women a year who are affected by homelessness. We encourage women to empower themselves by rebuilding both emotionally and physically; realizing their unique potential as women.

We're excited to announce that Sarah's Circle is participating in GlobalGiving's American Open  challenge, a fundraising opportunity for nonprofit organizations working in the United States. We are one of a handful of organizations (only five in Illinois) selected to participate in this great opportunity!

From now through June 30th, if Sarh's Circle can raise a $4000 minimum from at least 50 donors, we will earn a permanent spot on GlobalGiving.com, an internationally recognized marketplace for philanthropy that connects individual donors to the causes they care most about.

Every donation helps, and no donation is too small. You can support Sarah's Circle for as little as $10 and make a true impact. In addition to helping us earn a spot on GlobalGiving, the organizations that raise the most money will earn a bonus of $1,000-$3000. Finally, the organization that recruits the most donors will earn an extra $3,000!
